Ok, thanks. If you leave the admin console and go to your home page, then scroll down to the bottom of the page, you should see the reload link there. Please click that and then give it another shot.

Ok, also... your IT may be blocking external scripts. (not sure about that)

As a troubleshooting measure, you may want to see if you can access and save membership management from a different computer or different browser not associated with your workplace.

I can save your membership information without any problems at all.
