Hi, SteveTheTechie:

Thanks for fixing this puzzling bounce error message.

I tested to sending the following email today,

Subject: Your profiles in the club site
To: officers-XXXXXX@toastmastersclubs.org
Cc: admin-XXXXXX@toastmastersclubs.org

I did not get any bounce error now. I was expecting to receive two messages (I am both the admin and secretary), but I received only for officers.

My presumption is that two or more same messages are unified in one message by toastmastersclubs server. Right?

My purpose was to show admin's address in the CC field on the receivers' mailer to be used when they want to ask personal questions to admin instead of replying all members or all officers. But I understood that cannot be done.

Thank you.

That is correct. We will not send more than one email to an end recipient per email sent, even if the recipient is part of more than group or address in the email. I have it set that way for a number of reasons.

What you might be able to do to accomplish what you want is to just switch the order... put the admin address in the To, and the officers address in the CC. I think that would cause the email code to process the admin address first, but ignore you in the officers list.
