One of our members sent an e-mail to members-2309983@toastmastersclubs.org on June 30, 2015 at 10:28 p.m. EDT. Nobody received it. Other members, myself included, use that e-mail address and have no trouble. The member was sending from the e-mail address registered on FTH - I verified it. I don't want to post her e-mail address here unless I have to. Please let me know if you need it. She bcc'd her personal e-mail address in the same e-mail and she received the bcc'd e-mail. The members-2309983 e-mail address was in the "to" line - not the bcc line.
Below is the help topic on this issue. I have checked a-d. Please help with e-h.

Let me know what other information you need.
"I sent an email to the members/officers list and *nobody* got it."
a - Verify that the destination email list address is correct. We can check if the system thinks it is invalid.
Did this. Address is valid.
b - If the sender got a bounce email back, what does it say? Often, a user will try to send an email from their work email address, but they forgot to add it as a secondary email in their member profile so that the system will "recognize" them and let the email pass.
No bounce e-mail received.
c - Check that there is nothing blocking *outgoing* emails on the user's end. Some recent spam filters will block *outgoing* email to recipients that the email provider deems as suspicious. That seems to happen with Hotmail a bit and also with corporate email (w/ company clubs).
Member says spam filter is not blocking outgoing e-mail.
d - If you are using a custom domain, your DNS settings may be incorrect (MX setting). You can use
www.geektools.com/digtool.php
or
www.digwebinterface.com/
to check against required DNS settings for custom domains (
support.toastmastersclubs.org/component/...r-various-registrars
).
Other members can use the members-2309983@ e-mail address and e-mails are received by all.
e - The sender's ISP may be on SpamCop or similar which will cause it to be blocked by the FreeToastHost server. Brian can check that.
f - The sender may be blocked by the server for other reasons. We can check that.
g - We can check our email logs to determine whether the email was ever processed by FreeToastHost.
h - We can check our email logs to determine whether the email was received by any end recipients.
