Club Website Page Not Displaying Content

Over the past two weeks, I've had multiple instances where the content of the club website is not visible after I login.

As you see in the screenshots attached, it just displays a circle that it is attempting to download/load content, but it spins indefinitely.

I use Google Chrome primarily for TM.
I switched browsers thinking it was a Chrome issue, and I ran into similar issues on Firefox.
When I use Safari on my iphone it works.

I've not run into browser issues for our club website until recently.
Everything is up to date with these browsers. All other websites load properly.

There are no error messages produced from these pages, so I can't forward any error descriptions.

The club website is not loading pages; this is a recurring issue that affects my ability to login into the website to view/modify agendas, update club website, and print agendas.

How do we determine the source of the problem?
How can we tell if this is just my computer or the entire club member website?

Well, AlexandraTM, your website does not comply with our Terms of Use Agreement: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/terms-of-use-agreement

When I loaded it in Google Chrome, Chrome complained about a plug-in being used in the website that was not supported by Chrome.

The thing is, I define the plug-ins used, and I did not recognize the name of the plug-in being referenced by Chrome.

I looked further, and discovered a whole bunch of scripts in your home page content.

Our policy is that if you implement your own scripts, then you are basically on your own, and we will not support or troubleshoot those if you have problems with them. If you want us to make your website work correctly, our only recourse will be to delete those scripts and related style sheets.

So... sorry, this is an issue of your club's own doing. If you want us to fix it, we will delete anything that does not comply with our Terms of Use.

I saw the plugin error message.

I was surprised by the scripts as well.
I am not sure who added them.
Surely, it was done with good intentions.

Let's get the website back in compliance with terms of service.
We definitely want a functioning club website.

That may be. However, if you are the club admin, you need to control who can make changes without your knowledge and not share the admin password with people. That is why I added the Access Settings tab in the last update--you can grant access to admin console settings, but you can also take it away.

I will take a look at your content.

Ok, the scripts and non-compliant content are gone.

I also fixed your meeting info page, as it had the same scripts in it. It also had a broken image reference in it for a map... I just hooked you up with Google Maps on that page.

You still have a broken image reference on your dues payment page... I did not do anything with that.

With our recent change in leadership,
I was given the club admin login information.

I've adjusted the access settings so specific
individuals can modify specific areas of the
club website.

This should help prevent unapproved changes
to the club website.

Thanks for pointing out the option to modify
the access settings tab. :)
