Unable to change meeting description page when creating new agenda

We have moved our meetings to a different city and would like to change the Meeting Description field at the top of the agenda. A new agenda was created with the new information and saved as a template. However, when creating a new agenda from that template, it keeps displaying the old description. Her is the process I used.

1. Click on the + sign to create a new agenda for July 8.

2. Selected the Meeting Description Tab and changed the Meeting Description to the new information by deleting the old information and doing control V to paste the new information in the field.

3. Changed the meeting date to July 15.

4. Selected July 8 as a template.

5. Saved the changes as July 15.

6. Opened July 15 agenda and the old description was still there.

7. If I created more than one agenda, I found I could do a cut and paste of the new description for each agenda, but that is too time consuming...and I don't think that is the way it is supposed to work.

Thanks for your help in this.

You need to change the template in the Admin console, this will affect new dated agendas.

Thank you:

I realized that after I wrote this topic. I was logged in as a member instead of the administrator and I forgot about that. Thanks again.
