Hello!

We have a new member in our club, Jeremy Jernigan, whose email address was added last week by our VPE.

When I sent an email this morning to the alias for the entire club (members-590590@toastmastersclubs.org), I received an email in return regarding the new member's email address:

jjernigan@paynewest.com appears to be an invalid or non-working recipient email address. (No advertised SMTP servers are accepting mail.) If you believe this is incorrect, please visit urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=http-...YDLsyvs6RhYHkuQk0&e= and post a support request message.

I forwarded the error message to Jeremy, who confirmed that he did not receive my email, and that the email address shown for him (jjernigan@paynewest.com) is correct.

Any ideas on what we can do to fix the error?

Thanks!
Erin Rauser
