Setting club meetings on the calendar was created by dionsanderson
I have been trying to set club meetings on our calendar. These are the ones that are referenced as the blue coloured "Club Meetings" in the calendar key.

I have been logging in as Admin and each Event has been labelled "Administrator Added Events". I also tried to login as a regular member but then the events were labelled as "Member Added Events". Is there something that I am missing. Thank you

Thanks Linda

Where is the "Event check Box" located. Is it supposed to be on the dialog box that opens when I click on the calendar.

Blue colored club meeting events are tied to using the Agenda functionality. The blue events are placed on the calendar by the agenda functionality. If you do not use the agenda, you do not get blue club meeting events.

That is what I was going to say. It is so much slicker to just create an agenda for the meeting and then it automatically goes on the calendar with all the correct information (assuming you did the agenda right).
