Changing Club Email Address

We are trying to update our email address with TM International, but it refuses to accept our actual email address stating that it is an invalid format. But this is actually our true and functional email address, so I am puzzled why the site will not accept our email address. Our true email address is:

officers-7242@toastmastersclubs.org

I am unable to change our listed email address in our profile because the site will not accept our email address format for some reason. This has made it difficult for people to contact us. How can we cause our profile to accept our correct email address. It keeps defaulting to an incorrect address no matter how I try to update it.

The officers and members aliases are only available to members registered on your FTH website - the email is forwarded to their email address as registered on the website.

You should be able to use an individual officer alias eg vppr-xxxx@toastmastersclubs.org. If your contact-xxxx is enabled (a specific setting on your console that by default is disabled), email will go to all of your club contacts as set up for your Contact Us form on your FTH site. Note the "xxxx" in the address is a placeholder for your club number.
