Footer for Agenda was created by galexy38
Our club has a desire to use the agenda on the website. We have a couple of questions about its use.
1. Can you add a footer where we can paste a section from our current agenda that we feel is really helpful for our club members and guests.
2. Who is a local resource in the St Paul MN area that can show me more about adding and editing agendas?

Thanks for your help
Gary Alexander

Hello Gary;

Please always add your club name and number to your signature... To do that, click in my signature: [CLICK HERE...]

To create agendas, you need to do that in the admin area...

You can also create the agenda from the agenda page...

Please read: http://support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/editing-an-agenda

You just need to use my fake footer approach. (unfortunately that oldie but goodie post from 2+yrs ago looks like it has been deleted) Any agenda item description can hold any kind of formatted text, not just an agenda item. The code does not really know it is an agenda item or not.

In my club agendas, we have officer and club contact info in a couple of "footer" items at the end. (So that meeting guests will have that contact information if they just keep the agenda.) No role assignments and no durations on those agenda items. ;)
