Calendar entries show up differently on Macs and PCs

There seems to be a coding issue with the calendar if information is inserted from a Mac. When I input meeting dates on our calendar from a Mac, only people with Mac products see the correct dates. People with PCs see the information ONE DAY EARLIER - so Tuesday meetings appear to be Monday meetings on PCs. Has anyone else run into this?

Of course, I can input the meetings on Wednesdays so that PC users will see the correct date - but then anyone with a Mac or an iPhone will see the incorrect date. Help! Thank you!

It has to do with the way their time zones are set.

1) what time zone are you in?

2)What version of MAC OS are you using and do you keep it up to date?

The time zone is PST. My version of Mac OS is 10.9.5 and I keep up-to-date with this version. I believe there is a new upgraded version and have not yet changed to it - largely because I wanted to make sure the kinks were worked out first.

Your club time zone is set to GMT0. You need to correct that on the Basic Settings tab of your admin console.

I looked at your calendar on my iPad and on my PC and both show your meetings are on Tuesdays. See if fixing the time zone makes a difference.

Thank you for all of your help. I reset the time zone for US Pacific - and PC viewers still saw the incorrect days and dates. So I tried etcGMT-7 and had the same result. I think I need to start anew, now that the time zone is set correctly.

I did try adding new meeting dates to September 2016 - and PC viewers still see the incorrect dates.

Is it possible to reset the calendar completely to start all over again?

Have you got more than one person using a PC seeing the wrong day? On my PC I see all of your entries on Tuesdays, except for an Open House on a Wednesday. What do your PC users see for the Open House?

Ask them to press the "click here to reload website from server" link at the bottom of the page and check again.

I suggest you reset your time zone to US Pacific - that should handle daylight savings. etcGMT-7 is apparently actually GMT + 7. It will only affect your entries if you start using the FTH agendas.

I'm not sure what you mean by resetting the calendar. You can delete your entries, but I don't think the calendar is the problem, it is more likely setting on the PC if there is only one person seeing the wrong dates :?
