Unable to log into club's website/not receiving email

Hello,

I am having trouble logging into my club's website. When I attempt to authenticate/login, the email never reaches me. Please advise as to how I can resolve this issue. Also, I am the secretary for my club. Is there a way I can login as "administrator"?

Only the Administrator has access to website and it is up the that person if they want to make another person as an admin

Your admin can grant access to certain functions to one or more officers. That way you still log in as a member, but you will have additional menu items that other members won't see. Your admin can find out how to change the settings here: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/access-settings

Have you ever received email through your club website? If not:
Get your admin to confirm that your email address is entered correctly.
Check your junk email folder.
