I am the VP of Ed and site admin for our club. How do I block my members from self assigning themselves to meeting roles in the agenda. I want to maintain control, especially of our speaking slots.

Replied by Jane Atkinson on topic Restricting the assigning of roles to agendas
You can edit your agendas and templates to disable the ability for members to sign themselves up. You can even have some roles able to be signed up to, and some only editable by the VP Ed/Toastmaster/President. See support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/agenda-index for some (hopefully) useful links.
