Who supports the members-XX@toastmastersclubs.org email list? I want to edit the list for our club, but I don't know how/where to do that? Is the list supported by toastmasters.org or toastmastersclubs.org? Our club number is 95 and I have some people in our club that get the group emails and others that don't. Any help would be very much appreciated.

You as your website Administrator, or any officer who has access rights to the Membership Management module can edit the membership details. For your club your VPM has access rights. Your website membership list is not linked to the TI database.

Here is the Membership Management module documentation: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/membership-management

Admin access is from the drop down list near the top of your admin console. Your VPM will have access via a menu item when logged on as a member.

Thank you, but I have another question. I don't know the URL for our club's FTH web site. Our club number is #95 in District 9 and it's name is Frank E. Balmer Toastmasters. If you could tell me the URL, then I could signon and update our mailing list. Thank you for all your help! One more thing, how do i change my email address on FTH site? If I go to update profile, I can change my password, but not my email. Thanks again for all your help.

Your URL is 95.toastmastersclubs.org You don't have a website alias set up - that would give you an alternate URL.

You don't need the URL to sign on, you just need the club number and the admin password. If you've forgotten your password, click the "Login as site admin" button, enter the club number and press the "Did you forget your password?" link. The information will go to the current admin which in this case is you. It will go to your registered email address. You can change site admin address in the console (administrator info). Any member should be able to change their member address in Edit your Profile. The Admin (or anyone with Membership Management access) can change addresses in Membership Management.

If your site admin email address has changed and is no longer valid you'll need to follow the instructions here:
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/w...-no-longer-available

OK. i have logged onto my site ( 95.toastmastersclubs.org/ ) as the admin, but I cannot find an 'membership management' link on the site. On the left side of the page I see a 'Club Email Addresses' item but it is either not a link or it isn't active ( doesn't take me anywhere when I click on it). I tried to paste the home page into this comment box but apparently this box doesn't accept pasted images. Thanks for all your help and patience!

Look near the top of the console (above the tabs) - there is a drop-down box that says "Select a Module". Click on the arrow and select Membership Management from the list. Have a look at the Membership Management documentation here:
