Incorrect role notification from club 1159 website

The Toastmaster (Nancy McCulley) for our upcoming meeting received the following notification from our website after she removed a person from the Gen Evaluator role, and another person as Speaker. For some reason the notification says that she removed
herself from these roles, but she removed other people. Can this be fixed?

Created some fixed code, but I need to test it before releasing it... patience please.

Thank you for your work. I'm not sure I can recreate the exact circumstance that led to the error. I logged in as site admin and removed the gen evaluator for the Dec 17 meeting,but I didn't get any email notification. If we have any other problems, I'll let you know.

Only the roles set up to receive role change notifications will receive notifications. Admin is not one of those roles that can receive role change notifications.

You can test if you make yourself the toastmaster for a meeting, log in as a member, then remove someone from a role. You can always put things back the way they were before you try this.
