4. There is an "Opt In" Feature for newly added members. The Opt In document explains the strikethrough member information. Click Here to View the Post
5. When posting a New Topic , please include all relevant details and be specific. When did your issue 1st occur? What operating system, browser, & browser version are you using? Did you refresh your browser cache? Are your cookies enabled? Lastly, a screen shot is often helpful.

1) always post your club number in every post.

After you read the information about Membership Management Log In as Administrator use the Launch Admin Console and use the drop down arrow to find membership management.
The first tab is membership, the top line is new to add a new member.
there is a specific format to use
name space email address space phone number

If you are adding several members you may want to use the quick add tab. You can copy the information from word and past it in the quick add window (Make sure it is in the right format)

Do not forget to send the new member invite.

Once you have read the documentation on Membership Management you should have no problem.

Gene, the spacing format only applies to the Quick Add tab.
