Club Officers email id's

Hi,

I need assistance in creating club officers email id's with club domain name. For e.g. our club name is Mulund Toastmasters Club located in Mumbai, India and the domain name is www.mulundtoastmasters.org Club No 1246728.

I want to create email id's for club officers as -
1) President@mulundtoastmasters.org
2) VPEducation@mulundtoastmasters.org
3)VPPR@mulundtoastmasters.org
4) VPMembership@mulundtoastmasters.org
5)Secretary@mulundtoastmasters.org
6) Treasurer@mulundtoastmasters.org
7) IPP@mulundtoastmasters.org

Also I want to give website access to members, through member access. Would like understand the process for both -
1) creating email id's
2) website access to members.

add your officers to the system and the emails are created automatically.

Can you elaborate the same. Do you have a link which will explain the process in detail.

Log in as admin. Launch admin console. Click on membership management, assign the officer roles and save. The officer emails will forward to the assigned officers.

The following lists the system provided officer email addresses when you assign the officer roles:
