Looking for "Global Settings"

Hello,

I am an VPE and have been given the Administrator rights because I am updating the website. I am not, by default, the administrator

I want to update the master agenda settings. I found a document in the help docs that talks about the "Global Settings" tabs.

Clearly, that is what I need to find, but I cannot see that anywhere. Where can I access it?

I am trying to update the Default Meeting Descriptions. Add a Meeting template, and Print the times on the Agenda.

Where can I find that wonderful section?

If that is all that you need admin access for, ask your admin to give you ( as VPE) access to "Agenda Settings and Templates". That setting is on the Admin Console / Access Settings Tab. After that you will have an extra item (Agenda Templates / Settings) on your menu when you log in as a member.

To get to this as admin, launch the admin console and select the "Meeting Agenda Settings" module from the "Select a Module" drop down list above the index tabs.

Either way, the Agenda Templates Console will open - select the relevant index tab to make your changes as per the documentation.

Thanks, I found that drop-down menu about 10 minutes after I posted.
I was able to make the changes I needed.

I appreciate the fast response.

Thanks,
Daniel
