club calendar was created by Tracy S
Our club meets the first and third Weds of the month. I was adding our meetings to our club calendar and the only options I saw for recurring meetings was monthly or bi-weekly. Is there a way to specify 1st and 3rd Weds?

Thank you,
Tracy S.

When you create the agendas, the meeting appears on the calendar. Use the calendar for other events.

Our club (3876) tends not to use the club website to create the agenda, preferring to update agendas already on the member's computer. I went to create blank agendas to have the meetings automatically listed on the club calendar but I don't find that practical to do long-term. (as I realized after I started to do it). I'd like to suggest that the option be given to use the calendar to add the club meetings rather than having to complete the agenda, with more options for selecting the frequency of meetings. In the meantime, I will create a few blank agendas at a time (unless I can convince members to use the website to create the agenda). Thanks.

The Admin or any member can add events to the calendar, just not blue coloured events.

As Brian states, anyone can add events to the calendar... Example: the TLI, District Conferences, Division or Area events. If you do not want to use the online agenda, just create a blank agenda with the correct date and use your own agenda.

Thanks for the replies. I think I wasn't clear in my previous emails. What I'm gathering is I can't do what I've been trying to do today - set the calendar to automatically populate the two meetings a month for the next two years (for example) without first creating any type of dated agenda. We have "first and third Weds" listed in narrative form, and we didn't realize our club calendar showed Thrs meetings until a prospective member commented on it.
