Printing Agendas from Toast Host

I would love to utilize the agenda/signups available on the website more, but when going to print these, they look like this (see attached).

How can formatting be change so that it actually looks like one of our normal agendas to save our members time?

Is there a tutorial available somewhere?

You would have to tell us what one of your "normal agenda" looks like.

Our agenda format has been approved by Toastmasters International, and while we do provide some level of flexibility, the format is designed to work with how the agenda features work.

Is there any way to marry this up with the agenda on Toast Host so that the Toastmaster of the evening can just print it from the website?

We do not support that format. As I stated, our format is approved by TI.
