I am having lots of difficulty in logging into afterburners.org as a member. I have changed my title from ACB to ACS. I try to just click on authenticate for the system to email me, but I am not receiving an email. Since I am an administrator, I question which of the numerous email accounts I have is using. I thought it would use the email address that toastmasters.org has for me, but I still have not received it.

I did receive the notification (from my web admin email account) that I was trying to get a new password and to please contact that member and ask if they need any help. lol

HELP! How do I access my profile -- even if I have to go in as admin? I updated NUMEROUS members today that have advanced another level on the membership management page. I sent them an email that they will need to authenticate the next time they log in using their new level next to their name. I hope they do not experience the same mess I am in.

The server is under heavy load at the moment, probably due to a combination of post-holiday-weekend traffic and many new admins wanting to tweak their settings.

Waiting is the only remedy available, unfortunately. However, yesterday, it seemed to settle down after a few hours.

We still seem to be having a problem with very, very slow response times when logging into and navigation our sites at www.springaheadspeaker.org and woodlands toastmasters.com
