We have a brand new club and our first official meeting is friday. Three Ice Breakers. We are using seasoned Toastmasters to Evaluate the speakers, but they are from other clubs. Is there a way to add them to our agenda?

I'm currently working with a new club (not chartered yet) and run into this issue fairly regularly.

My solution is to create a member called "{Guest}". (The curly brackets mean that it drops to the bottom of the alphabetical list, out of the way of the list of real members.) Then the actual name of the guest can be added to the agenda item comments.
