How to reset Toasthost Web SIte?

Suggestions on reseting our web page please.
Our web site is did not react well as I attempted to install an Instagram widget from something called Websta.
The administrative area of the web site cannot be logged into and there is an unwanted icon at the top of the page.
Attempts to contact Websta to support their product have gone unanswered.

This will be very helpful if I have to reload the entire page and I may have to.
I generally do take a snapshot of my html code and send it to myself every time I alter the main page.
In this case-- I cannot even log in to the administrative section-- So I am wondering if wiping the page might be the better move to remove this bad script.

go to your directions page and you should be able to login.
