I am trying to print a multi-meeting sign up sheet for our club (3066). I need to have three speaking slots, but only two show up. Can someone please let me know how I can get that third speaking role on the sign up?

Check that the missing role has the "Can sign up for " selected

Brian -

The check box in the admin console is selected for all the roles on the meeting agenda template. Three speech evaluators show up for the printed sign up sheet, but only two speaking positions.

Brian is correct.... Please compare the checkbox settings for the 3rd speech to the other 2.

I have checked the boxes for all three speech positions in the 3 Speech Agenda Template. (Is this where I should be making that adjustment?) I'm still getting this (attached) for my print out sign up sheet, only two speaking slots.

The *template* is irrelevant for the sign-up-sheet. The template is just starting material. Once you create a dated agenda from it, it does not matter any more. You need to edit your dated agenda(s) to fix the unchecked checkbox. The sign-up sheet works off the dated agendas that you create from the template.
