Editing an Existing Agenda - Need Help - Thank you in advance

I need help. The icons for editing an existing agenda do not appear. I am the site admin, the only site admin and I can't create an agenda for my toastmasters group for my members. What is the problem? I click on my template and it asks for the name and date and then I save. Nothing? Can someone help me get to the edit an existing agenda with the icons that allow me to create a new agenda from a template???

When you are trying to access the agenda is when I would like to see the left menu and the agenda icons

I login as site admin User 795528 and password power55.
If I put my name is as Jody Mack, i sign in with my password that is my membership password - darma0155.
I don't care that you know the credentials.

I am the VP of Education, for the person in our group who can't use a computer, we did the old fashion way of paper before this,
So i am listed as VP of Ed, but will change this back to treasurer once we get me assigned as the site admin that is associated to my name??
