How Do i Add Attachments to the Roster Email

When i send out the Club Agendas - i want to add attachments for speaker profile forms for speakers to complete- how do i add an attachment - there is no attachment button available as an option

You can't add attachments to the agenda email. You could send the email to yourself as the VPE and then forward that email with any attachments via your email server.

The Speech Introduction box is on the agenda for speakers to enter an introduction (or profile)

Another way to accomplish this is just to upload the form to File Management and then insert a link to the file in the agenda email heading.

I was going to say exactly what Steve said... I do that all of the time.... Send a link of whatever you want people to have.
