Strange results when trying the “password” change on a club’s FTH website

I am a member of Building Tomorrow’s Communicators, Club # 1160434, website = btc.toastmastersclubs.org/ . The only email address that has been used on that Club’s website for me = sean.gallagher@kroger.com. When I go through the authenticate step on that website, I do receive an email with the log-in link.

HERE’s the strange part -

Club = TV Toastmasters, Club # 9523, website = cincinnatitv.toastmastersclubs.org/

I am Club Coach for this Club. My email address was recently entered under Member Management as sean.gallagher@kroger.com. When I tried to log into the website, leaving the password blank and pressing the authenticate button, I received no email with a log-in link. BUT when my email is changed to mrseanbg@yahoo.com and I go through the authenticate step, I do receive an email with a log-in link. NOTE: at no time did the email go to my Junk folder.

I want to keep the same email address for all things-Toastmasters as sean.gallagher@kroger.com. We must be missing something here; Any thoughts ?!

Hmmm... :unsure:

Do me a favor and search your email (all folders) for a piece of the text in the authentication link email... just to be sure.

Just did a search of all my emails for the content thats in the first sentence of the successful email. None of the emails I have stored in any of my email folders was a link for TV Toastmasters.
