removal of a person from club website 1155

Hello,
I am Daybreakers 1155 vice president of public relations. I am seeking to become the administrator of the club's website. I did updated the request and added Charles Lewis. Charles is the current president. The problem is that the second name, Vance Donahue (vance.donahue@gmail.com) is no longer a member of Daybreakers 1155. The message stated that in order to have me as administrator, the request will go to both Charles and Vance. Vance is not a member of the club.Can that be corrected?

The request will go to both, but only needs to be approved by one of them.

Just have Charles approve and you will be fine.
