Pass word?

Hello all
We had a web site set up for 7275 by a past member and we cannot get ahold of him to retrieve the password? I have plugged in the club number and pressed " forgot password " hoping he would get an email and send it to us but no luck.
How can I get the password?

I have followed the link and sent the request to the current Admin but she is not approving it. She claims she is not getting the email? Or doesn't know how to navigate the email. Is there a way it can be over ridden? I am the current President of 7275 in Aldergrove BC and I want to update the Web site. It is really out dated.

As club president, you should also be receiving an approval email... you can approve.

Look in your inbox or junk mail

I have checked my inbox and junk box and i have not received an emil? This what the original site admin is also saying. I thought she just wasn't too sure of email but maybe we are not receiving the email to change the aim? We also tried requesting a password change but the email does not come through? Any other suggestions?

Vicki is the registered site admin, and also the contact person on Club Central, so the authorisation email is going to her. There are no officers listed on your club website, so you won't get the authorisation email.

If Vicki isn't getting the email, the only solution I can think of is to change the club contact address on Club Central to yours (that could take a while). Once it shows up on Find-A-Club, resubmit the request - it will go to the that address. Then change the TI address back to Vicki's.
