Delete Agenda Template

Over the years, various people have continued to add new agenda templates on our site. I would like to clean this up, but I can't figure out how to Delete a TEMPLATE.
The instructions I've found show me a series of tabs I can't locate. The only way I can get to the agenda templates right now is to click on the + to ADD another template...which I DON'T want to do.
From the initial page as a website admin, can you give me specific, step-by-step instructions so I can clean this up?

Hi Brian ~
I have read that. It doesn't make any sense to me, as I don't know where to go to FIND the "Global Settings," "Default Meeting Description" and "Agenda Templates" tabs.

I KNOW what I'm supposed to do...but it doesn't tell me WHERE to find those tabs?

The Site Admin has access to those tabs in the admin console.
