Email address that includes President, VPE and Secretary for Pathways

Hi,

I received the following from TI:

Dear Vice President Education,

Pathways is arriving in your club soon! Part of your role as VPE includes periodically performing tasks in Base Camp. You will receive emails notifying you when certain actions are required.

Your club president and secretary will be responsible for performing these tasks in Base Camp if you are ever unable to do so. For this reason, it is recommended you use an email address that all three of you can access. Base Camp emails will be sent to the address listed in Club Central; please update your club email address if necessary.

Our district is going live on Pathways starting 2/7/17. It would be great if you would set up an email address similar to the officers email address, perhaps Pathwaysofficers which would include the President, VPE & Secretary.

You can do that now with a custom group.

Create the custom group with the 3 officers, then white list the address that the emails will be coming from so that the system does not block the emails.

I added the group and sent an email to the group but I didn't receive an email? I white listed my email address.

No you need to white list the TI address that the emails will be coming from. (The external email address sending email to the group.)

The email address to use for your group would be: Pathwaysofficers-961@toastmastersclubs.org
