Filling in other members roles in the upcoming agendas.

I am trying to assign roles to other members in the club. I am the club Treasurer. I have signed in as admin and then as myself and also as myself and then as admin. I can create and edit agendas but cannot fill in members for various roles. How do I do that - we pass around a five week signup sheet at each meeting and then need to transfer that info into the online agendas. Help!

You can only do this in edit mode (pencil icon). Select the member from the dropdown list for each role (where it says "click to assign member")
