Agendas not updating, nor sending updates to TOE

Our TOE opened our website several times to view the agenda, closing Chrome each time he left the website. As toastmaster of the evening, he should receive notifications via email every time a member modifies the agenda. Up until the day of the meeting he received notifications of every change to the agenda. On 4/27, he received no notifications and the agenda did not change.
When he views the agenda on-line today, the changes members were trying to make are illustrated, but he still has not received any email notification of those changes. (I checked my spam ).

Any issues with agenda/email notifications?

Your agenda settings are correct, but I only see one role taken over the next 5 meetings. What meetings are not sending emails?

I checked our email log, and for last night's meeting, emails were sent to James and Greta.

Yes, it was for the meeting last night that the TOE (JAmes) was not receiving messages. Not sure about Greta. I'll check with her to see whether she received them.
Our next meeting is still fairly empty, so no notices will have been sent.
It was for the meeting last night that James said he did not receive any notifications (and he checked his spam folder).
Appreciate your assistance, Roger. We'll have to keep trying to figure out the issue.
