Being asked to reset passwords was created by BeHappy
I'm Webmaster for Club 6734. I keep receiving messages that our members have to keep asking for new passwords. Is there a problem here that I should be able to fix?

Cheers BeHappy

If you have one or two members who are resetting their passwords over and over again, maybe it's worth asking if they're having trouble with something. Otherwise, it can probably be ignored.

Hi BeHappy !!! (Great userid, BTW...)

The users might also be trying to log in but are forgetting to enter their passwords. That's the signal to the system for a password reset. I have a couple of members in my club that do this occasionally...

If you do not want the notification emails about this, you can shut those off in the admin console. They are on by default to support admins in taking care of their club members.
