Website down after images upload

Hello

I am helping Colleen with FTH as a computer designer and developer.
I have tried also to upload a small image, I've got the same problem.
I work with my personal computer, a mac book air. It's a different computer than Collen's computer.
I have tried also with chrome and firefox.
I took a 9ko jpeg. I tried also with a png. And I always had the same answer.

I am putting new diagnostic information in my log file. Please try this again... I need to see the diagnostic information.

Also, when you get the error, please do me a favor and see if there are any Javascript errors in your browser's Developer's console. If you do not know how to check this, then please tell me which browser you are using, so I can direct you to the Developer's console error listings.

BTW, I have tried an upload w/ your supplied image file using Safari for Windows. I did not have any issues completing the upload.

Additionally, we are not seeing this with any other clubs. So, something your club is doing is either causing the issue or triggering a problem on the server. I will want more details on what specific steps you are doing to upload to the server. For example, if you are trying to paste the image file contents into the filename upload box, that will not work.

I have cliked the reload button at the bottom of our website. There is still the same error when I try to reload images.
