Existing member gets message frequently
"cannot find specified club/district # (). You cannot send email to agenda@toastmastersclubs.org" This message is coming from server@toastmastersclubs.org.

I haven't heard anyone else having this problem, and she gets it even if she is not trying to send anything anywhere.

How can we fix this?

agenda@ is a dummy email address, just an alias for server@ You cannot send email to it. If they are trying to reply to the agenda, there must have been reply to addresses set up when the agenda was originally emailed to allow for that. Otherwise, you might get this sort of message (if no reply addresses were indicated).

If you are trying to forward the agenda to the members, then forward it to the members list.

Thank you. We successfully send agendas out, more than weekly. This one user gets these messages, and she claims they happen without her trying to send anything (which doesn’t make sense to me). She is an Iphone/Mac user, though I know others on that platform have had no problems. Perhaps I’ll get with her and try to replicate the problem and see what she’s clicking.
