Hi When we send the basic email to the whole club using the assigned email address linked to the club (I think it comes from server@toastmastersclubs.org) how can we attach files that need to be sent to the whole membership? Thanks.

You can send an attachment by using your email client software. Address the message to your members email address:
members-xxxx@toastmastersclubs.org (where xxxx is your club number).

You could upload the attachment to File Manager and provide a link to that in a basic email message. If you set the file access to members only, the members will need to log onto the website to access the file.
