The system always shows the last 45 days worth of meeting dates by default. Cannot change that currently. Your club meets frequently, so I can understand why you may want less past agendas showing. My plans is to eventually go to a number of past meetings in the list vs 45 days of past agendas. Probably will do that by end of this year... we will see.
Also, if you delete agendas, they and all the role information contained in them is gone completely never to return.
(so be *very* careful deleting agendas) Agendas and the role reports are tied together.
