when your message appeared, it didn't read to send myself an e-mail as vpe, it read

Kathy,

 Just send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. (sends to yourself) If you get it, then you should be good to go.

I didn't see your message until later when I went to the URL.

I did try e-mailing vpe and that worked-got the test mail and the confirmation as well. I also looked up member profile and found on address there, it looked good.
On member profile, though, I only saw one e-mail listed so I am not certain if you meant there would be 2 in member profile.

I also on the member drop down, I selected the tool to send an e-mail and that worked-I got the test e-mail and a confirmation e-mail.

Does the spam bots message mean I should contact the Geek squad?

No email addresses are hidden like that when you read forum messages through your email. Some things from the messages will not completely come through to your email.

I am not computer savvy and don't know where else to look to find where the system is getting the wrong address from.

I know I could have typed it wrong somewhere-I have caught myself doing that in the past. The trouble is, I can't remember making any such change in the last several months so why would the system suddenly have two different wrong addresses and 2 members and myself with 'members' e-mail be having such a change?

Is anyone else having their addresses corrupted?

You seem to have some "dummy" members set up in your members list (Ceremonies, Place Holder and Training Speech), all with email addresses that appear to be variations of your address. If you use those only for filling roles on your agendas, you can leave the email address blank. The system will insert a dummy (noemail) email address which won't be reported as an error. If these are invalid email addresses, you will continue to get error messages when sending messages to your members, as the system is attempting to send to them to those addresses as well.

The invalid email addresses weren't reported until recently.
