Ok the new tool doesn't work!
Now what I did was to hit delete on the photo then I copy/pasted the new photo in and it worked like a charm.

Oh by the way, when you set up your profile it requests a phone number which automatically shows up under your picture beside About Me.

Which profile?

Your forum profile or your website member profile? Just because you can see something does not mean that everyone else can, also. Visibility of information is filtered by individual.
