Issue in Membership Management

Hi,

I added another member to put in public profile but it doesn't show in the Membership Page. I can edit her profile but for some reason, it still not showing even it's already been ticked. I tried to do it in my other computer but I can't still put her profile in public.

I raised this issue before, when the Admin checked it, they said it is fine and working for them. After they checked it, it works fine for me again. But when I add another member again yesterday, it won't work. I asked it before if there is a limit to add members in public profile.

I hope you can fix it please, I'm hoping to put at least 20 members in our Meet our Members page.

Can you give us the first name of the person(s) you are having difficulty with? (Also the first letter of the last name if there's more than one person with the same first name in your club.)

Hi Jane, her name is Natalie, she don't have similar name in the club.

I've got Natalie to display in Meet our Members.

Do you have others you want to add? Try doing this:

Set the member to Public in their profile, and save.

Then go back to the membership list, and click on Save there as well. Please let us know if that makes a difference - I suspect it does.


(BTW, the reason I asked about first letter of last name - I once belonged to a club with five members called David!)

1. After editing I save it at "Edit Your Member Profile"
2. Save at "Membership Management"

And it does not work for me. I have nothing to put in public profile yet, but I will try another one and check if it will work for me.
