Uploading club agenda

Hi all!

I'm curious to see if there is a way to upload a member-created agenda into our agendas for use?

Currently, they have had folks go to the website to sign up for roles, but when it comes time to print out the agenda, we have whoever the TM of the night prepare them for the meeting. What they have been doing is inputting all the same info into this other member-generated agenda. I would like to save time for everyone and decrease any stress folks have over this, and streamline this process.

Any tips or suggestions are welcomed. And no, they don't want to use the one that is generated from the website because the one they have been using works for thre club. I have asked, but the consensus is the club prefers this layout over the other.
