I'm trying to change my custom domain from octoaster.com to sharkmasters.org. I get the attached data submission error every time. I tried it in IE and Chrome so far. Both browsers give me the same error.

It looks as though you created a website name in another name... You cannot change that here... If you want to change the name, you need to go to the domain in which you created it and delete that one and pay for another domain under the new name.

We already bought another domain name and I found a work around for the issue so I'm OK now. In case you want to share it here it is. If you have an existing domain that you are forwarding your site to and want to change it you need to first delete the existing domain in the admin console and save it. After that go back to your site using the http://[club number].toastmasterclubs.org. Once there login is admin, navigate back to the basic setting and add your new domain.

You can close the case.

Thanks!

Your new domain is not set up to allow you to use FTH email addresses based on your domain name. Did you intend that?

(No MX or mail A record in your DNS records.)
