Phantom Email on the Member List

Hi I need some help deleting a phantom email on our member list. I can't find it anywhere, but this person is still getting email from us, when I send out mass member emails.

I don't see a Richardson listed anywhere in your email lists, not even as a former member.

The system has not sent any email to emhs.org or to eastmehealth.onmicrosoft.com in the last month.

We would need to see the internet header of the email he received to see the exact source of the emails.

I can't find her anywhere either. I don't know who she is, but she's clearly getting our emails.
