Hi,

For almost two weeks, I have been unable to use our web site - as a member or the administrator. Over the last few days, I have tried the suggestions in the FAQs with no success. Suggestions?

The site seems to accept my member and administrator names/passwords. But then, it hangs - not frozen but just the 'wait' image.

I verified the 'cookies' recommendations.
I added the site to the compatibility view
I e-mailed other members to log-out, in case they had not done it.

No other member has expressed any such problem. My system is a laptop: Windows-7 (SP1) running IE-11.

1) click the reload link at the bottom of your site and try again.

2) What OS, Browser and version are you using?

Hi Again,

Still no success. I clicked the link and waited for some reaction. It was the same as when I try to login (which I did try also).

I have the suspicion that one or more members have not done the logout. Is there a way to verify that no one is logged-in as a member or administrator? If there is someone, is there a way to force the logout?

So far, I have treated this as a minor problem, since no one else has complained.

Other people being logged in does not matter.

Do you have another browser like Firefox or chrome installed if so please try them.

If you only have IE11 please click on F12 and turn on the debugger and tell us of any Java script errors you are seeing.

Hi,

Success? As of 3:10pm today, I have been able to work on the web site - with one exception. Since Monday evening (around other must-do work), I have:
Reloaded the web site
Updated Java from V8-141 to V8-144
Installed and tried Firefox browser
Updated Windows 7 (Home Edition) (already on automatic)
Reverted Internet Explorer 11 to its 'default' settings (w cookies enabled)
Reloaded the web site again

I still have a problem with the 'Home-Page.' I cannot edit it. The edit tab displays the contents of the home-page and the surrounding codes. And when I try to close the edit window, I get that there are 3-5 unsaved changes - no matter how many times I click the save button.

So, some good progress.
