Hi Fellow Toastmasters! :cheer:

This my first discussion as a newbie in the free toasthost support platform. And here I come with problems! :( :S

I am still learning to navigate through our club website, it’s like a learning mostly through trials snd errors. I can create agendas and am educating the members to log in and sign up for roles. But now we have too many agendas in the drop down menu and members are having hard time to select their desired meeting dates. I want to know if there is a way to hide agendas of previous meetings from the drop down menu. I don’t want to completely delete them because we are using them for reporting purpose.

I hope I could explain my situation clearly.

I would truly appreciate if someone from the community can help me on this! :woohoo:

Thanks a bunch!

You can only see agendas for the last 6 weeks of agendas, plus future agendas (unless you select "Show all agendas")

If your members use the calendar they can click on a meeting and the agenda for that day will open.

I think you will enjoy reading the website documentation: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc

The checkbox is next to the dropdown list. It is unchecked by default.

Does this mean the ordinary members will see only last 6 weeks’ agenda plus the future agendas but an administrator will see all agendas in the drop down menu?

Anyone (member or admin) who clicks on the agenda item in the menu or the calendar will only see the next agenda

Anyone who opens the "View another agenda" box (by clicking on the arrow), sees the recent and future agendas in the dropdown list.

Anyone who checks the "View all agendas" box will see all agendas in the drop down list
