Reset Password - Admin Assistance

Hello, I require assistance to help login to our site using using the admin profile.

I have updated the Admin into my name and email address on Toastmaster.org and do see my name appear as the admin for our club. However, I am not receiving the password reset email.

Can anyone provide assistance to allow me to sign into the admin profile

You need to go to your club website

Login as an admin

Leave password area blank

click on authenticate

Now, you will receive an email

Thank you for the quick reply Linda. I am still unable to recieve the email.

I have the reviewed the document: "When previous administrator is no longer available". I have updated myself to the admin via ToastMasters.org (a week ago), but our previous admin's email address could not be authenticated as the address has now been deactivated.

Our club hasn't signed into this website for some time, so I am the new admin to access and update it for or club.


Is there a way to be sent a direct email to become the admin?

Linda, I can provide more information on my current issue.

Previously the admin for this website could have been Judi Deverlie a past president of our club. Her email address is still on file for admin is Judi.deverlie@fairmont.com. This email address is currently inactive. However, My email address is also listed as admin as Neil.kileeg@gmail.com as the admin recovery email.

I do not see the “authenticate” for admin login. I only see “authenticate” when I sign in as a member.

Since I was not with the club when we previously used this website I do not have a member account to reset my password here either.

You are the listed the admin on the club website, however you are not listed as a member. Check your junk mail to see if you got an email there

Never mind, for the administrator you are suppose to click on (Did you forget your password)... I just did that for you and you should receive an email now...
