This is the error message we're getting and we are unable to edit.

1.Basic Settings Tab - This domain is not yet pointing to the IP address 50.19.253.65. In your domain registrar's DNS area, modify the exisitng "A" and "MX" records for this domain, to point to 50.19.253.65, wait the amount of time as specified by your domain host, then try again

I believe that is because you bought a domain name... You need to finish inputting the information.

Brian: club number is in OP's signature

Kendra: Your custom domain is not set up per our guidelines, therefore you will get this error. You must either delete the custom domain from the Basic Settings tab (and not use a custom domain) or you need to fix the DNS settings with your registrar.

viewdns.info/dnsrecord/?domain=highparkspeakers.org

Refer to: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/dns-settings-overview

The system will not allow you to use a domain w/ incorrectly set up DNS settings.

Thank you all for your help.

This is beyond my technical capabilities. We had the DNS settings fixed with Go Daddy not so long ago when our website was down. I called them again last night, and they claim they have nothing to do with the IP address. I'll try them again.

thanks again,

Kendra

Your domain www.highparkspeakers.org was Updated on 2017-10-17

the domain is not pointing to our servers

www.highparkspeakers.org . 3599 IN CNAME highparkspeakers.org.
highparkspeakers.org. 599 IN A 184.168.221.28

Looks like someone set it up for domain forwarding which we don't support. Look at the links Steve posted.
