Strange, it shows up after I refresh the page twice after landing on it, on an old XP desktop with Google Chrome. However does not show up on my mobile device, or on my laptop with Widows 10. It has no issues with laptop with MS Edge.

These buttons won't show up if you're logged out of facebook and your page has any restrictions.

Take a look at this blog post . If you have any restrictions, try removing them and testing.

Either way, you should be able to see the buttons if you're logged into facebook. I tested on a couple of devices and saw it.
