Ok, you should have been emailed a link to get in. Once you click on the link, you should be directed back to your website, but you should find that you are already logged in as the admin. This allows you to launch the admin console from the button and change the password on the Administrator Information tab.

When you click the link in the email, aren't you then logged in? You should see three buttons instead of two if you are logged in.
