What date was she updating?

IE9 is at End of Life and is no longer supported, she needs to update to IE 11 or use Firefox or Chrome

She was updating this morning for tomorrow's (February 14th) agenda. We have since recreated the agenda for Feb 14th.

I'll work with her to get her browser updated. She said she's also gotten this error using "another explorer", but I'm unsure if that means Firefox or Chrome. In the interim, I did get her to update cookie settings and clear her cache.

Somehow she is managing to mangle the agenda date despite my best efforts to prevent that.

Ask her if she is trying to type in the date of the agenda or change it to a different date format. She should no be able to do that (should be blocked) but I have been surprised before.

Thanks Steve.

I did just sit down with her to walk through exactly how she is editing the agenda. I got her using Chrome, so that should eliminate issues from an old version of Explorer. We walked through the creation of a couple test agendas, and I saw nothing out of the ordinary. She was using the plus button for "new agenda", changing the meeting dates by clicking in the Meeting Date field and using the
pop-up calendar to set the date . We changed around a few things on the agenda, deleted some items from the agenda, and updated speech details - all things that she claims were giving errors before.

During our tests, we were unable to replicate any errors. I'll continue monitoring things, but hopefully using Chrome will solve things. Or at least I'm crossing my fingers that it will.
